COACHING
We believe coaching is the vehicle to help you and your organization reach its potential. Our coaches are certified through Five Capitals and are currently in the process of attaining ICF Certification. With over 30 years of combined coaching experience, our desire is to put our expertise in your corner to help you and your people thrive. We offer coaching for leaders and their teams. These coaching sessions can be held online or in person (in Knoxville, TN. Ann Arbor MI, or Salem, VA).
RETREATS
We believe in the power of getting your team away with other like-minded leaders who are striving in the same areas you are. Retreats can be powerful catalysts for you and your team as you continue the work you have been called to.
CLARITY
Organizational clarity is essential for an organization to thrive and to accomplish what God wants it to do. We are certified Process Consultants and Vision Strategists through Auxano and have been working with organizations all over the country in this proven process. We also help individuals with Personal Vocation and who you were called to be.
TRAINING
We have all seen the effect poor leadership can have on a team and an organization. When you have unhealthy leaders or dysfunctional teams, your people feel powerless, their efforts feel wasted, and worst of all, they are not accomplishing the vision your organization has. At Sequoias, we believe strongly in promoting leadership health at all levels. This has brought us to specialize in several key areas so we can help leaders and their teams be the best they can be. Sequoias has been certified in the Enneagram and Working Genius. We have also studied 5 Voices, Prioritized Leader as well as fully trained facilitators or the Forge America content. We are able to host trainings both in person and online.
